Rima Fakih, the first Muslim who in 2010 won the title of Miss America, was arrested by police who found her drunk driving, said a woman's lawyer said on FoxNews. The incident took place in the Highland Park in Detroit.
Doraid Elder said Fakih is "very sad and I'm very sorry for the situation which is currently".
Elder said that police arrested her on Saturday morning Fakih.
